ABOUT LODESTONE
Lodestone Exploration is an Australian gold and base metals exploration company focusing on richly endowed mining districts in Central Queensland and South Australia.
Incorporated in 1996, the Company was initially operated by its founder and key shareholders, including several senior geologists. The Company also has the benefit of a formal alliance with BHP Billiton in pursuit of common objectives in the Mount Morgan area.
In early 2002, the Company appointed an experienced Board and Management team who led the Company to list on the Australian Stock Exchange in March 2003.
Since its listing, Lodestone (LOD) has intensified its exploration with phased drilling programs and the extensive deployment of advanced airborne geophysical survey equipment in the Mount Morgan district, and has acquired interests in other historic districts.
